At Breathe, Richarge, Thrive, we’re committed to delivering flexible and supportive wellness services. To respect our time and yours, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

Online Programmes & Memberships:

Monthly Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time via your Kajabi account. Access will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Â
8-Week Signature Programmes: Due to the digital nature and immediate access to all content, this programme is non-refundable after purchase.
If you're unsatisfied, please contact us, we’ll always do our best to support you.

In-Person Services (Massage & PT Sessions)
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

At Breathe, Richarge, Thrive, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness services that support your transformation. Because our offerings include both digital and in-person services, our refund policy varies by product type:

Digital Programmes & Online Courses (Including Signature Programmes)
Due to the instant access to course materials, downloads, and digital content:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.
If you experience technical issues or are unhappy with the programme for any reason, please reach out, we’re here to help and may offer a solution or credit on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Memberships:
You may cancel your membership at any time, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused access.

In-Person Services (Massage Therapy, PT Sessions)
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late cancellations (see Cancellation Policy).
If a session is cancelled by us or due to extenuating circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or credit.

Product Sales (PDFs, Digital Resources, Planners)
All downloadable digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
