Kayleigh is a massage therapist and well-being practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting adults living with pain, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Her work is calm, trauma-aware, and person-led. She combines therapeutic massage with nervous system support and reflective mentoring where appropriate, tailoring each session to the individual rather than following a fixed protocol.
Kayleigh works particularly well with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to move forward after prolonged stress, illness, or significant change.

As a passionate Fitness Coach, I blend my love for fitness, family, & creative solutions to help others achieve their health & wellness goals. Inspired even more by my son, who enjoys working out, I've seen first hand how fitness can be a fun & integral part of family life. My aim is to bring that same joy & enthusiasm to all my clients.
Growing up, gymnastics, Rugby & variety of other sports were my playgrounds, & they remain a cornerstone of my training philosophy today. I believe in the power of movement & outdoor adventures to not only build physical strength but also to nurture mental well-being.
My approach to Fitness & food is Lifestyle, integrating my diverse interests & expertise. I enjoy working with children & adults alike, crafting personalized workouts & food plans that are as dynamic & varied. Whether we're in the gym, out in nature, or connecting virtually, my goal is to make fitness accessible & enjoyable for everyone.
Beyond physical training, I'm a foodie at heart who loves exploring healthy & delicious ways to fuel the body. I believe that food is an essential part of the fitness journey & life, I enjoy helping my clients find the right balance to support their lifestyles.
